Our food forming department specializes in designing and manufacturing food forming plates for leading companies all over the world, including Nestle and other multinational corporations.

After a preliminary meeting in which we advise our clients and help them articulate their needs, we set off to design the perfect product. Once approved, we enter the manufacturing phase, using only the highest-quality, food-grade materials that adhere to strict food safety standards. Manufacturing is precise to the 0.01 of a millimeter. At the end of the process, the client receives a top-notch forming set and a product file for future use.

Tivall

The company had a 3D forming plate with 6 shapes with each shape weighing 39.5 grams. The goal was to increase productivity, we took the challenge and designed a new forming plate consisting of 7 shapes whilst un disrupting the flow.

The outcome was gaining 16.6% growth per a stroke.
